Cancellation and Transfer Policy
If you can no longer attend Data Makers Fest, you can cancel your ticket up to 60 days prior to the event and we'll refund you 50% of the ticket price. After that, unfortunately, cancellations are non-refundable.
You can also transfer your tickets to a friend or colleague! Just shoot us an email at tickets@datamakersfest.com and we'll make sure everything is taken care of. Please keep in mind that all transfers need to be made at least 30 days prior to the event.
Group Tickets
If you're bringing your crew of more than 10 people, please fill out this form for a discount. For every 10 participants, we offer a free ticket. This discount is not available for the Career Tickets.
Please note that these group bookings are made through a group invoice and must be paid by bank transfer.
Career Ticket
The Career Ticket is dedicated to anyone seeking an opportunity in the data field. You might still be a student looking for an internship in the data science field, a beginner looking for a place to start, or a senior data practitioner looking for a new job challenge.
As long as you’re willing to spare some extra time on the registration form and share this information with our Career Partners, this ticket is available for you.
