If you can no longer attend Data Makers Fest, you can cancel your ticket up to 60 days before the event and we'll refund you 50% of the ticket price. After that, unfortunately, cancellations are non-refundable. These conditions apply to all types of tickets. Exceptions might apply in case of force majeure events.
Alternatively, you can transfer your tickets to a friend or colleague! Just email us at tickets@datamakersfest.com and we'll ensure everything is taken care of. Please remember that all transfers must be made at least 30 days before the event.

All regular tickets include access to the two conference days, all activities and spaces, and exclusive access to recordings of all talks right after the event.
Group Tickets
If you're bringing a crew of more than 10 people, please fill out this form for a discount. For every 10 regular tickets for the conference, we offer an extra one for free. Please note that these group bookings are made through a group invoice and must be paid by bank transfer. This discount is not valid for Career Tickets, Parking, Tutorials, or Packs and is only available until 17/09/2024.
